Winter Session Housing

  • There are minimal local apartment options available to students engaged in faculty-sponsored research experiences during the Winter Session (students cannot remain in the residence halls). A separate housing application will be made available to students engaged in research who require winter break apartment arrangements.
  • As of December 18, research experiences that require student housing may begin no earlier than January 1, and must be completed by Saturday, January 30. Applications will be accepted for stays 1/1-1/30 ($870).
  • Financial Aid is not available to pay for these housing charges. However, students can apply for funding to support housing costs through the following campus units.
  • Students must complete the housing application for January housing by December 16.
